Return Policy Update: Coronavirus Impact

All toilet paper, disinfectant products, Masks, Hand Sanitizer, paper towels, tissues, and general cleaning products will not be returnable as of March 19th, 2020 until further notice. 

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will work hard to ensure we take care of your needs fairly and promptly.

If your item(s) are damaged, defective or were shipped in error, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, within 10 days of receipt. Some restrictions apply, so please see "Non-Returnable Items" and "Return Reasons" below.

Please note that in the event of a return due to no fault of our own, we are unable to provide free returns shipping.  We are a discount supply store dedicated to keeping our prices as low as possible, and return shipping charges result in higher prices for all. In addition, our outbound shipping charges may be deducted for returns due to no fault of our own.

No returns will be accepted without prior approval from Alta One, and ALL returns must first have a return authorization number. Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable.  Unless your return is for a product that is damaged or defective, items must be in re-saleable condition.

Returns must be made within 10 days of order receipt.

Return Procedure:

  1. Email us at or call us at 1–916-603-2130 to obtain a return authorization number (RA #). Please provide your order number, items and quantities you´d like to return, and the reason for your return.
  2. Once you have your RA # and a return shipping address, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Write the RA # on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging!
  3. Send the items to the return address using your preferred shipping method. We suggest using a carrier that provides proof of delivery like UPS or FedEx, as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited.
  4. Once our warehouse has processed your return, a refund will be applied to the credit card you used for the purchase. Your refund will be issued as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise. Some items shipping direct from the manufacturer may have restocking charges.  We reserve the right to include a 30% restocking charge on all product returns caused by no fault of our own.

Please Remember!

  • No returns without a return authorization number.
  • A return shipping address will be provided to you for all returns. Please wait to receive that address prior to shipping.
  • Returns must be in original manufacturer´s packaging, and products must be in resalable condition.
  • We promise to be fair -- we ask you to be fair as well. Help us keep our prices low as returns cost us all money!

Non-Returnable Items:

Any claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs.

Returns are not accepted for the following items: opened and/or assembled furniture, special order items, opened or used medical items or devices which can no longer be sent back to the manufacturer, custom or made to order products (including custom air & HVAC filters), dated calendars, planners, and planner refills, material handling equipment, floor machines, food, snacks, beverage and any perishable items, medicines, first aid items, vending machines, sheds, outdoor structures & outdoor structure accessories.

In addition:

First aid items, including first aid kits, first aid refills and other related first aid products are not returnable.

Workwear, Uniforms, Industrial Garments may not be returned once embroidered or if altered. If the garments are non-embroidered then above stated return policy will apply.

Return Reasons

If you ordered an item incorrectly, or changed your mind about the product, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, restockable item less the shipping costs. Please be aware that when returning an item ordered incorrectly on your part that received free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to Alta One.

If we sent you a damaged/defective item, or made a mistake and shipped the incorrect item, we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned and we will pay for any shipping charges incurred due to our error.

Manufacturer's Warranties

All returns / replacements after 10 days must be done directly with the product's manufacturer. Manufacturer´s warranties vary, so please consult the warranty information included with your product(s).
